2-Hour Delivery Service – FAQ
1. What is the 2-Hour Delivery service?
Our 2-Hour Delivery service ensures your products are delivered within 2 hours of placing your order, subject to operational feasibility and terms below.
2. Where is the 2-Hour Delivery service available?
This service is available in specified areas of Delhi, Gurugram, Faridabad, and Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida).
3. What are the charges for 2-Hour Delivery?
An additional delivery fee applies for 2-Hour Delivery. The exact charge is displayed at checkout before you place your order.
4. What are the service hours for 2-Hour Delivery?
Orders placed between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM are eligible for 2-Hour Delivery. Orders placed outside this window will be delivered on the next working day.
5. How is delivery made?
Deliveries are fulfilled through third-party bike courier services to ensure speed and reliability.
6. How can customers track their delivery?
A tracking link will be sent to your mobile number by both the courier company and us (the seller) once your order is dispatched.
7. What happens if no one is available to receive the package?
If you are unavailable to receive your order:
You can coordinate directly with the courier to deliver it to someone else on your behalf, such as a family member or security guard.
The responsibility for the safety of the package lies solely with you (the customer).
If you are unable to accept the package, it will not be rescheduled and will be returned to us. In this case, a charge of ₹399.00 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded as wallet credit to your account.
8. Is delivery within 2 hours guaranteed?
While we strive to deliver within 2 hours, delivery timelines are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, rain, traffic, or other logistical constraints.
9. Is the delivery fee refundable in case of delay?
No. The 2-Hour Delivery fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including delays beyond our control.
10. Can I pay by Cash on Delivery for 2-Hour Delivery orders?
No. Only prepaid orders are eligible for the 2-Hour Delivery service. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for this option.
11. How do returns work for 2-Hour Delivery orders?
Returns for orders delivered under this service will be picked up by a different courier. Refunds are processed as wallet credit to your account after we receive and verify the returned product’s condition.
12. Why was my order cancelled even though I met all the conditions?
In some cases, due to technical limitations, customers may be able to place an order with an incorrect payment or delivery profile, even if such combinations are not supported. In these rare instances, the order will be automatically canceled, and the customer will be notified. Please be assured that no charges will be applied for these cancellations, and the full order amount will be refunded if the order was prepaid.
